Christmas 2008

Dear Santa, We have been very good girls all year except for a few small incidences. We are sorry about all that cat litter eating, rolling in manure and eating all the nice wood blinds in the house. We have a few small requests: Abby was wondering if the Taco Bell dog was still single and ready to mingle. Ella is just hoping for a year without surgeries and for her fur to grow back in a few spots where it's missing. Lucy is hoping for some of that new Purina weight control formula she's been seeing on commercials. She knows she'll never catch a man with those thunder thighs.. Thanks in advance! Love, The Girlz

... Take a look at this lively Christmas Crew...

Christmas dinner was at my house and Ryan was the sure winner in the crab eating contest..................

I can't believe our kids sit at the exact "kids table" that my sisters and I used to sit at for holiday dinners. Even though I have been graduated to the Adult table for a while now I still get a thrill when I see my place setting next to all the grown ups.........................................................

I am starting to figure out how difficult it is to get a decent picture of one kid let alone two of them. Out of about ten this is honestly the best one. (sad huh)?
Lets just say I was more than excited to put my little girl in a dress and tights for the first time.......................

Mammy and papa hosted an awesome Christmas Eve dinner at their house........

What's a Christmas in the mountains without a good old fashioned snow machine ride around the neighborhood..............

Ivy got a brand new BUMBO! She still needs a little practice sitting in it.

Jaxon couldn't have been more excited this year... He made out like a real bandit!

You might be a redneck if..............

"Merry Christmas you filthy animals"

I love how jaxon insists on wearing my ski goggles everytime he goes outside.

Notice anything missing??????????????

You might be a redneck if you cut down a Christmas tree from your own backyard! We were a little late on the Christmas Tree thing this year, so after many family comments of,"Wheres your Christmas Tree?" and "That's sad,Jaxon needs a Christmas Tree" _ Ross took measures into his own hands. Him and Jaxon suited up in their "Christmas Tree gettin gear" and headed out the back door. It really is the most perfect tree we've had yet. Jaxon thought it was awesome and now wants to cut down all the trees in our yard.
Later that night we were laying in bed and Ross said, "That is so something my dad would have done when we were little kids". As frightening as it may be, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.........

Drakes blessing day

Baby drake was blessed this last Sunday. He looked so handsome in his white little suit. He was all smiles all day! Calyn and Trevor had a get together afterwards of some close family and friends. I heard the soup was delicious!

from the mouth of JAXON

Jaxon says the funniest things lately....... Here's a few of my favorites......

1. The other day I had just gotten out of the shower and was putting on lotion and Jaxon looked at me and said, "Mom, are those boobs just a part of your costume?"

2. Some classics are: "Mom your so ridiculous", "I am going to have a major meltdown if I can't find my binky", "Do you hear the words coming out of my mouth"

3.We were in Boise a couple days ago and there were some ladies talking to Jaxon at the check out line. He was showing off and said, "hey wanna see some of my moves?" he goes on busting out a mix of karate and some provocative dance moves. The older lady asks him where he learned all of those moves and he looks right at her and says, "my grandma".

My how times have changed

These two pictures really sum up what a difference 4 short years can make. Check out Rosco's awesome hairdo too.

From nights on the town.....................

To nights at chuck e Cheese.................

Rosco becomes HARDCORE

First, YAYA came over and relived me of my cute little monsters

Judging by the grin he had no idea what was about to happen

Then the pain sets in.... Is clean cut Ross really getting a birthday tattoo? What could it be? A skull, The Virgin Mary, Bart Simpson??????

It's his little babies footprints from when they were born taken directly off of their birth certificates. He loves it and so do I. Jaxon is confused as to why it doesn't come off in the shower like his Nemo tattoo's!

Ross turns the big 28

Happy Birthday to my best friend and the love of my life. We celebrated Rosco's bday with an awesome dinner and a secret surprise afterwards. We both always Joke about how old we are getting. I know we are just spring chickens though. I couldn't ask for a better husband, friend, father to my kids, or partner in crime and life!

HOW DO I LOVE THEE?? LET ME COUNT THE WAYS.....................................

1. Your incessant nostril flaring is a huge turn on

2. I love how you can fix anything and have a tool for everything

3. I love that you try to be very careful with words when I am pregnant

4. I love that your fridge organization skills would put even Martha to shame

5. I love that you have no shame in strapping on a Baby Bjorn

6. I really do love your ever loving guts.....

She really gets more adorable every single day. The nights are definitley a different story still though!

Jaxon can't decide if if wants to be a power ranger or a..............

DAD when he grows up.......... here's to hoping he will choose DAD............

Ross's Gramonica has been diagnosed with breast cancer.... This woman has been through so many challenges and still goes about every challenge with a big smile and undying faith. Ross talked to Monica last night and later told be that whenever he talks to his grandma he is reminded that everything will always be o.k. He was so impressed with her faith in god and love for life. Monica is such a fighter and we all know she will come out of this stronger than ever. We love you Gramonica and we will be keeping you in our prayers like always...

The Carson's get sealed for all time and eternity

"Just Take a look at these sexy temple goers"

Now don't get too excited.. It wasn't these Carson's. Ross's brother Randy and his family went through the Rexburg temple on saturday. They all looked gorgeous and so happy. What a great example they are to us. We all celebrated with a delicious dinner at Stockman's. That place is seriously so good. Congratulations to Randy and Catherine for making it official. We love you guys!!!

Ivy gets a little lovin from Ella

She really does love this... I promise.........

The hairy beast and her bald side kick...........

Maddox Leo Sandoval........ Named after Papa Leo

Did you know that Spidergirl rides a scooter?

I don't suggest making a Sams Club run with a full cart of children...

Tori Jo and her new little girl, Blayke Alayna Wackerman.........

Jaxon and his cousin Carson tearing in up on the wood floor...

Here's the scoop......... Breanne had baby Maddox on Tuesday. He was two weeks early and weighed in at a healthy 7.11. He is healthy and beautiful. I think he looks exactly like his sister Sophie. I had Halle come and hang out at our house for a couple of days. Jaxon had the time of his life with his cousin here. They terrorized my whole house! On Thanksgiving we rolled out to my moms house and ate a delicious Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. All the babies were born and present. There are now three little cousin born within 8 weeks of each other.
I wish Breanne and Noel the best of luck with their ever growing tribe, I wish I had leftovers for turkey sandwiches, and I am so thankful for the live I have been blessed with.
