We saw Iron man at the drive inn Friday night. To my surprise it was actually quite good. This was Jaxon's first time at the Drive inn. He loved it. His favorite part of the whole event was not having to sit in his car seat while he was in the car! My favorite Part was the getting to wear sweats and eat burgers at the movies! Saturday we took a trip to Bear World. It had been awhile since I'd been. It's quite an elaborate operation they've got going on there now! Amusement park rides, Tours, bottle feeding baby bears, you name it. The strangest thing is that they had a bunch of Designer purses in the gift shop. You could get you fudge, a shot glass with bear cub on it and a Prada purse? The rides were the biggest hit for Jax. He was devastated when we had to move along and see some bears. I couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for the captive bears and then I remembered I was one of the people driving through in my Yuppie mobile taking pictures of the poor little suckers! I guess I'm just one of them now.
If the flowers you draw don't look like anybody else's..... That's a Good Thing.

All the cool girls are knocked up!
Both my sisters and I are pregnant! My Mom is getting ready for three new grandbabies. Anyone that knows her knows this is like her dream come true. She is a professional baby snuggler. I'm due only 10 days before Calyn, and Breanne will be due in December. Cali's having a boy, me a girl, and Bre's is still a mystery baby. We will all be very suprised if it's not another girl for her. There has to nothing more exciting than being pregnant with all of your sisters. I feel like we should all move to Provo or something! I'm sure there will be many more pictures of all the sisters and their ever growing bellies. Breanne's in the lead with Halle (4), sophie (1) and one more on the way. I'm holding strong in second place with my little Jaxon and my baby bump. Calyn is dead last with this being her first. Some how I think she'll have more than both of us in the long run though! Only time will tell.

Memorial Day Weekend
Memorial day weekend was a rainy cold one this year. Ross got his wisdom teeth out on Thursday so he wasn't exactly up for any big adventures. We did manage to go to my moms house for a night though. We saw "What happens in Vegas". I loved it. Jaxon received one of my moms famous haircuts. My haircuts haven't been a big hit with the boys in my family. I finally got the bouncy house in the mail I have been waiting for! It's being saved for nicer weather though. Jaxon kept busy playing with all my least favorite toys, ie, moon sand, play dough, finger paints. Why does all the fun stuff have to be so messy? Next memorial day I hope to be laying on some sort of a white sandy beach drinking some sort of delicious drink with an umbrella in it. We'll see!

A day on the Lake!
We went to Boise this weekend to get in the first boating weekend of the year. I really like Boise and think it's just the perfect little Idaho town. The boat is running great and we had a great weekend. Ross is terribly sunburned though. It sure is nice to get away every once and a while. I wasn't quite ready to rock my signature pregnant bikini yet. Ryan had some of his college buddies on the boat and I didn't want to give them the thrill of their life. More like scare them to death! Anyways we are happy to report that the weather is shaping up around her and it's about damn time. I'm sure there will be many more good boating adventures this summer.

Big girls need lovin too!
I'm finally half way through the pregnancy! Did I mention that this one is a Girl? I can't wait for all the bows and big tacky headbands I will make her wear. I get the big ultrasound tomorrow. You know the one where they check to see if the baby has a hair lip and a bunch of other scary stuff like that. I'll feel much better when they tell me that everything is just perfect and all she needs to do now is get bigger. I pray I will never have the pleasure of delivering a 12 pounder such as myself. My mom and Dad were convinced I was destined for morbid obesity. They were banking on all the kids at school calling me halfton. I know this is a bit overkill on the pictures of me in the same outfit standing in the same place. I have not figured out how to delete some of them yet. Better call Melissa!

The Mothers Day Shindig!
Mothers Day was at our house this year. We dined on shish kabobs, and a wild array of other yummy things this year. My mom in her true Betty Crocker fashion made each mother their own little cake. Let's just say this cake decorating thing of hers has turned into a mild obsession. I got a nice card from Jaxon and a day at the Snake River Lodge and Spa! I can't wait to be rubbed, scrubbed and lotioned up! Jaxon was so proud that he colored on my card!
Jaxon: "Look mom, I colored your name and stuff".
Me: "Oh it's so beautiful".
Jaxon: "I know mommy, I'm good at coloring".
Asking him what colors were in the picture was a whole new story. We are convinced he's colorblind! This two year old can count to 20, sing ten songs, and recite his ABC's. When you ask him what color something is it's a whole new ballgame.

First day of Park season begins...
I can't believe we finally made it to the park. Jaxon even wore his first pair of shorts for the year. He wasn't happy about the shorts at first. He wanted to wear his usual, " work pants". Luckily he'll do anything for a trip to the park. This weekend we went to my moms house and had fun with the family. Jaxon took his first trip to Leos with Breanne, Noel, and his cousins. We must have spent at least ten dollars in quarters on the coin operated back hoe. He really does aspire to be a constuction work more than any kid I know. He must get that one from his daddy. His mom is very opposed to heavy lifting and operating power tools.
